We are selling tickets for fundraising; a picture of pistol is on PICTURE page. If we sell enough tickets we draw for winner at banquet on Nov. 22th at Bilbrey Farms. All board members are able to get you tickets.

The SHOW page has been updated with new High Point Count Sept 1 and shows for September. We have added Sweetwater East TN show to our High Point Shows scheduled for Sept. 20, 2025 and Fentress County has been rescheduled for Sept. 27, 2025. Reminder that any youth planning to attend or enrolled in continuing education classes, are eligible to apply for scholarships. Must be members of UCWHA in good standing for at least the past two years including current year. If interested, please contact Jimmy Sherrell with name and good mailing address by text to 615-464-5047 or email ibwalkin@dtccom.net and an application will be mailed out. Must be returned by May 31, 2025, so board can review and determine amount to award.

A new show year is beginning and updates are being posted as we know information. We have two shows scheduled; UCWHA, Cookeville Tn on May 10, 2025 and Smokey Mountain Classic, Sevierville TN on May 17, 2025. Please start mailing in your membership forms for 2025, please fill out all information so we can email or text important information to everyone as needed. This year’s banquet will be held on Nov, 23rd at Bilbrey Farms in Sparta, TN. I will be mailing letter with information this week with address and time. Please let me know if you plan to attend by Nov. 18th by sending text or email listed above with your name and number attending. Cost is $30.00 per person to cover meal and venue. There will also be a membership meeting before awards to elect officers and appoint a board member to a 3 year term. We hope everyone can attend this year for good food and fun.
